Property tax is charged at the rate of 15% of the Annual rental value of the property.

Rebate in payment of Property Tax

• 5 % Rebate is allowed on payment of full amount of property tax for the current year on or before 30th september
• 10 % Rebate is allowed on payment of full amount of property tax for the current year on or before 30th June
• No Fine / Composition is charged on account of property tax in case of non payment

Exemption from property tax

• 100% exemption is allowed to government retired employees and their spouses.(100% exemption form is attached)
• 60% exemption is allowed to government employees and their spouses.(60% exemption form is attached)
